International Conference Mathematical Analysis and Applications in Science and Engineering: book of abstracts

The International Conference on Mathematical Analysis and Applications in Science and Engineering –ICMASC’24  took place at the beautiful city of Porto, Portugal, on June 20th – June 22nd 2024, in HYBRID MODE.

This conference was dedicated to the memory of Prof JA Tenreiro Machado, who passed away in October 2021.

The event successfully brought together researchers from various disciplines of applied mathematics, science, engineering, industry, and technology. Participants engaged in discussions about the development of innovative mathematical models, theories, and applications that contribute to the advancement of scientific knowledge and practice.

The research presented covered a wide range of topics, including partial and ordinary differential equations, integer and fractional order equations, linear algebra, numerical analysis, operations research, discrete mathematics, optimization, control, probability, and computational mathematics, among others.

Designed to maximize participant involvement, the conference highlighted state-of-the-art research and showcased the latest achievements in the field.
